LEIGH B975 BOX JOINT & BEEHIVE JIG
This fixed spacing box joint jig is designed to quickly mill 1/2” & 3/4”
box (finger) joints on stock up to 13/16” thick. Make joints on stock
from 2” to 9-3/4” wide. With step registration, you can join stock up to
17-13/16” wide. Mount the tough glass reinforced jig body to your shop made
wood beam, clamp your stock & rout. Or use the jig on a router table that accepts
a universal mount guide bushing. Adjustable side stops give a perfect offset for pin & socket boards & the e10
elliptical template guide lets you alter your cuts for a gap free fit.

A precision joinery jig that partners with your router table for unparallelled material handling ability
& ease of use in creating through dovetails, single pass half-blind dovetails & box joints.
Working as a precision clamping sled with fast acting cam clamps, the RTJ400 securely holds your stock
while being fully supported by your router table. Slide the jig’s CNC aircraft-grade aluminum template to
reference on the included template guide mount-
ed into your router table. The elliptically designed
template guide adjusts easily to tune your joint
tightness to within 1/1000”. A built in adjustable
side stop allows precise board set-up & alignment

LEIGH FMT PRO JIGS
Frame & Mortise Tenon Jigs turn your 1/2” plunge router
into a mortise & tenon factory!
With Leigh’s FMT Jig, setup & operation for making mor-
tise & tenons is easy: Mount your router on the included
sub base, install a bit & joint guide, clamp in your stock &
start routing. A single bit cuts both the mortise & tenon.
Joint fit is easily adjusted with a micro adjuster. With the op-
tional joint guides & bits, over 70 sizes of mortise & tenons are router not
possible from 1/16” x 1/8” to 1/2” x 5”. You can make left & included
right angled joints up to 45° & tilt the jig’s clamp plate up to 30° for making compound angles.
The FMT Pro Jig is made from anodized, CNC milled aluminum extrusions, has cam-action speed
clamps, an integrated & retractable line up sight & built-in connectors for dust collection. It handles stock
up to 3” x 5”, accepts all the optional guides & SQUARE CORNER TEMPLATE GUIDES
