TRITON PLUNGE ROUTERS Distinctive routers with impressive features that enhance routing work.
These routers have a unique through-the-table winder handle, allowing you to easily
change a bit depth setting from above your router table without stooping! (You’ll need
an access hole in your router insert drop-in plate/table.)
One-wrench bit changes makes changing bits in table-mounted mode
easier than in hand-held mode! The collet protrudes 5/8” past the base
plate & engages a spindle lock (locking out the power switch as a safety
device), so the wrench can be used one-handed to turn the collet nut
from above the table.
The rack & pinion plunge drive option allows fast positive depth set-
ting. Simply push a button in the right handle to disengage the rack &
pinion and revert back to standard plunge action.
A unique edge guide/circle jig/extended base plate nearly doubles the
router’s footprint for stability, (giving edge-guiding & circle-cutting ability).
The soft-start motor, (8,000–20,000 rpm), keeps constant torque regardless
of load. 2-1/4HP (13 amps) weighs 10.5 lbs. 3-1/4HP (15 amps) weighs 13.5 lbs. Both include collet acces-
