half-blind dovetails & box joints.
Working as a precision clamping sled with fast acting cam clamps, the RTJ400 securely holds your stock
while being fully supported by your router table. Slide the jig’s CNC aircraft-grade aluminum template to
reference on the included template guide mounted into your router table. The elliptically designed tem-
plate guide adjusts easily to tune your joint tightness to within 1/1000”. A built in adjustable side stop
allows precise board set-up & alignment of rabbeted half-blind dovetails for drawer fronts. The Accessory
Kit lets the RTJ400 make 9 sizes of through dovetails in stock 1/8” to 1” thick, 3
sizes of half-blind dovetails & 4 sizes of box/finger joints in stock 1/8” to 1” &
up to 16” wide. Though this jig has fixed spacing, it will cut half-pitch through
& half-blind dovetails & create half-blind 3/8” finger joints. It includes bits to
make 1/2” wide through dovetails in stock up to 1” thick, 1/2” half-blind dove-
tails, 3/8” & 3/4” box joints & 3/8” half-blind box joints.
NOTE: The router plate used in your router table MUST have 1-3/8” dia. opening or an insert sized for a
“universal” style template guide to use the RTJ400.

With Leigh’s FMT Jig, setup & opera-
tion for making mortise & tenons is
easy: Mount your router on the included
sub base, install a bit & joint guide,
clamp in your stock & start routing. A
single bit cuts both the mortise & tenon. Joint fit is
easily adjusted with a micro adjuster. With the op- router not included
tional joint guides & bits, over 70 sizes of mortise &
tenons are possible from 1/16” x 1/8” to 1/2” x 5”. You can make left & right angled joints up to 45° &
tilt the jig’s clamp plate up to 30° for making compound angles.
The FMT Pro Jig is made from anodized, CNC milled aluminum extrusions, has cam-action speed
clamps, an integrated & retractable line up sight & built-in connectors for dust collection. It handles
stock up to 3” x 5”, accepts all the optional guides & comes with five 5/16” Joint Guides & a 5/16” HSS
up-cut spiral end mill bit, so you can cut 5/16” M&T 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1-1/4” or 1-1/2” long.
